Our intent is to keep the 3rd Battalion's history alive so that it may be shared with those who have a desire to learn about us. We also intend to share the history of the 15th Field Artillery Regiment keeping alive its great accomplishments since its activation in July, 1916 at the Syracuse NY Fairgrounds.
